- Can handle PVC sleeves along with biodegradable green shrink sleeving options such as PET, OPS and PLA.
- Speeds up to 100 bottles per minute
- Durable stainless steel construction
- Quick wash down
- Compact space-saving design
- Easy to use and maintain
- Made in USA
This machine can also wrap neckbands up to 3 inches and great economical Tamper-Evident banding equipment. Additionally, this shrink-banding machine can be upgraded with the following options to increase productivity as your company grows:
- Heat tunnel lifts
- Conveyers
- Vertical and horizontal perforation
- Photo registration
How it works
Briefly, the theory of operation for the Autocapsealer banding machine is designed to apply a heat shrinkable band to containers. The containers are then transported through a heat source allowing the banding material to shrink and conform to the surface of the container. This is usually for the purpose of tamper-evidence.
